At Envision IT we value the trust that you have shown in our business and we, in return, endeavour to protect the information you provide us during the normal course of business.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

This Policy explains how Envision IT collects, uses, and discloses the personal information you may provide while using the Envision IT website (the "Website") and while interacting with Envision IT directly. It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal information through the Website. Any personal information you provide will be treated with care, and subject to this Policy will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented. Also, you may opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information at any time. Please contact us for any inquiries or additional information.

Envision IT respects your right to privacy. We will only collect and utilize data and information through this website in the ways disclosed herein.

Collection of Information

Envision IT only collects information through this website that you provide us with, and only for the purposes of making business connections initiated by you, such as to register for a webinar, schedule a trial or demo, download a whitepaper or eBook, or request to receive communications from us about our products and services.

This information may be collected through email correspondence, telephone conversations, or filling out forms on our website. This information is only collected voluntarily when you provide us with information about yourself or your business, corporation, organization, or personal venture for the purposes of retaining our services. The type and accuracy of the information collected is solely contingent upon what you voluntarily provide us with.

Because of the nature of our business, it is necessary to collect and retain certain types of information about yourself and/or your business (such as contact information, business genre, etc.) to best service your needs. All information you provide us with is, of course, optional.

Technical Information

As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This data may also be collected from third party sources such as Google and LinkedIn. Technical data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

Usage of Information

The information collected by Envision IT will be used solely for the purposes of carrying on ordinary business conduct, as requested and authorized by you, as indicated above. We will not send or deliver any unsolicited communications or communications outside of the reasonably prudent conduct of a business relationship.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles for our records only, to be used during the course of our active business dealings. After the conclusion of our business relationship, said information will be retained only for the purposes of maintaining company records in accordance with reasonable and legal standards. From time to time, we may offer links to other websites from our site. Please be cognizant of the fact that we neither support nor necessarily endorse any of the products, services, or opinions contained on any of these sites. Furthermore, if you elect to visit any of these sites we recommend you familiarize yourself with their respective privacy policies, as they may differ from ours.

From time to time, we may provide links to customer sites developed, built, or optimized by us; or we may post customer comments and feedback pertaining to our products and services. However, we will not do so without your express written consent and will cease and desist such linking or posting should you notify us of your intention to terminate.

Our Use of Cookies

The Envision IT website uses “cookies," which are small pieces of data sent to your browser by a web server. Upon subsequent requests, your browser will send the cookie data to the same web server, or other web servers in the same domain, when accessing the website. Cookies contain data that can be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. That data often consists of a string of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your computer, but may contain other information as well.

We may use cookies for:

SIGN IN AND AUTHENTICATION

When you sign in to a site or service using your account on the Envision IT website, we store a unique ID number, and the time you signed in, in an encrypted cookie on your hard disk. This cookie allows you to move from page to page on the site without having to sign in again on each page. When you sign out, these cookies are deleted from your computer. This is commonly referred to as a “session cookie." We also use cookies to improve the sign-in experience. For example, your user name may be stored in a cookie that will remain on your computer after you sign out. This cookie allows your user name to be pre-populated, so that you will only need to type your password the next time you sign in. If you are using a public computer or do not want this information to be stored, you can select the appropriate radio button on the sign-in page, and this cookie will not be used.

SITE ANALYTICS

We may use cookies to count the number of unique visitors to a web page or service or to develop other aggregate statistics about the operations of our sites and services. These analytics help us operate and improve the performance of these sites and services.

In addition to the cookies Envision IT may set when you visit our websites, third parties may also set certain cookies on your device when you visit the Envision IT site. In some cases, that is because we have hired the third party to provide certain services on our behalf, such as site analytics. In other cases, it is because our web pages contain content or ads from third parties, such as videos, news content, or ads delivered by other ad networks. Because your browser connects to those third parties' web servers to retrieve that content, those third parties are able to set or read their own cookies on your device and may collect information about your online activities across websites or online services.

How to Control Cookies

You may control cookies in the following ways:

BROWSER CONTROLS TO BLOCK COOKIES

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to block cookies. Instructions for blocking cookies in different browsers are usually available at each browser's privacy statement or in their help files or settings pages. Please be aware that if you choose to block cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of Envision IT sites and services that depend on cookies.

BROWSER CONTROLS TO DELETE COOKIES

If you accept cookies, you can delete them later. Instructions for deleting cookies in different browsers are usually available at each browser's privacy statement or in their help files or settings pages. Please be aware that if you choose to delete cookies, any settings and preferences controlled by those cookies will be deleted and may need to be recreated.

BROWSER CONTROLS FOR "DO NOT TRACK" AND TRACKING PROTECTION

Some newer browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track" features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Those sites (or the third-party content on those sites) may continue to engage in activities you might view as tracking even though you have expressed this preference, depending on the sites privacy practices.

Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, Envision IT does not currently respond to the browser DNT signals on its own websites or online services, or on third-party websites or online services where Envision IT provides content or is otherwise able to collect information

In the event that this policy or any portion thereof shall be amended or modified, we will ensure such amendments or modifications are posted on this page a minimum of 10 days prior to taking effect.

Accessing Information

Envision IT maintains the accuracy of any information collected about you solely by your own willingness to provide it. You may access any information pertaining to yourself or your business that we have on record by providing us with a written request.

If you have a general privacy question, or a question with regards to this Privacy Policy, please contact Envision IT at inquiry@envisionit.com.
