Workflows can help streamline and automate repeatable business tasks and enabling your users to partake in your workflows can bring a lot of value to your organization. This not only decreases the amount of work required from your end but also increases efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, it provides a structured and streamlined process for otherwise simple but often onerous business tasks.
Microsoft's Power Platform including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and Logic Apps provides the ability to build out quite simple and/or rather complex workflows. Additionally Microsoft Forms is an easy to use application which has a very intuitive user interface that enables a Power User to create a self-service form that could then be submitted by employees and act as a trigger for a workflow that is being performed by Power Automate and/or Logic Apps.
This webinar is part one of a two-part webinar series. It focuses on the business case of setting up employee self-service forms and workflows where part two will go deeper technically on how to implement more complex workflows and provisioning solutions including our open source provisioning project.
In this webinar we will cover:
- Overview of Microsoft Power Platform
- Overview of Microsoft Forms
- Business case for utilizing employee self-service workflows
- Showcase client scenarios
- Introduction to integrating Forms and workflows into Teams and Sites Provisioning
