Webinar: Extending eLearning to an External Audience

Learning Portal Graphic

Extranet User Manager is co-presenting this webinar with our partner Essential Computing. Discover how to gain a competitive edge by creating a secure portal for partner training and resources.

If you're already using a learning management system (LMS) to deliver and track learning across your own workforce, it makes good sense to build on this investment to deliver secure eLearning to partners.

We will also feature a mutual client, Mersey Care National Health Service (NHS) Foundation. Mersey Care is one of the largest trusts providing health services in North Western UK, serving over 1.4 million people across the region. They are leveraging Extranet User Manager and LMS365 to build a customized external training portal for over 35,000 medical personnel at all local authorities and clinical commissioning groups. To facilitate the on-boarding of personnel, the following registration customizations were implemented:

  • Only users with approved email domains are able to register
  • Organization dynamically updates based on the email domain
  • Behind the scenes, as registrations are submitted, we assign the appropriate course catalogs to users and automatically onboard them into the learning portal

Additional topics we will cover in this webinar include:

  • Create a secure portal for your partner training services
  • Give your IT team tight control over security, while delegating registration management to the relevant partner/channel manager
  • Achieve a slick registration, invitation and login process
  • Allow controlled access to specific training content
